Being made redundant is a very hard time for the individual concerned and often their families also. We are a friendly, learner driven training organisation, whose key aim is to provide those who have been made redundant with an Individual Learning Plan to ensure they achieve their training within as short a time as possible at times that fit with individual circumstances. Enabling our learners to get back into the work force quickly and with confidence.

Here at AllRound IT we have many success stories regarding our training and how quickly learners gain employment both during training and on completion of their courses.

Funding is available due to the ESF (European Social Fund). ReAct - Redundancy Action Fund is available in Wales to help those made redundant to upskill or re-train to gain new skills and improve their chances of returning to work quickly.
